Tres Casas, which literally means Three Houses in Spanish, was released with a surrounding concept represented in the album's art and multimedia content, designed by the Venezuelan artist collective Keloide. Famasloop has described to the press that the album is divided into three houses, each one with a different theme (commercial, intellectual and spiritual). All of these houses include a half-a-minute introductory Puerta (Spanish for door), and three songs, making a total of twelve tracks. The album received production and post-production guest contribution from well-known musicians, such as Tweety González (keyboardist of Fito Páez), Nené Vázquez (percussionist of Aterciopelados), Guille Vadalá (Bass guitarist of Fito Páez), Oswaldo Rodríguez (Sur Carabela) and more.

Quiero lanzarme
Quiero lanzarte
por el balcón
No sé dónde estoy ni quién soy
The lyrics to Famasloop's song "Balcón" delve into themes of fear, desire, and self-discovery. The repeated refrain of "No es miedo a caer, más bien ganas de lanzarme" ("It's not fear of falling, but rather the desire to launch myself") reflects a sense of courage and willingness to take risks despite the potential for failure. This line suggests a yearning to step outside one's comfort zone and embrace the unknown, even if it means facing uncertainty.
The imagery of "Tus piernas de plata y mi lengua inoxidable" ("Your legs of silver and my tongue stainless") and "Tu espalda lunar y mi boca astronauta" ("Your lunar back and my astronaut mouth") paints a vivid picture of a dynamic and potentially passionate relationship. These metaphors suggest a strong connection between two individuals, where one is described as ethereal and otherworldly while the other is portrayed as grounded and steadfast.
The mention of hunger in the line "No es miedo a morder, pero ¿cómo muerdo al hambre?" ("It's not fear of biting, but how do I bite hunger?") adds a layer of longing and urgency to the lyrics. It conveys a sense of yearning for fulfillment and nourishment, both physically and emotionally. The juxtaposition of physical needs with emotional desires creates a sense of tension and complexity within the song's narrative.
The final line, "No sé dónde estoy ni quién soy" ("I don't know where I am or who I am"), encapsulates a sense of disorientation and introspection. It denotes a state of uncertainty and introspection, where the singer grapples with their own identity and place in the world. This line underscores the theme of self-discovery and the search for meaning that runs throughout the song, ultimately leaving the listener with a sense of contemplation and reflection.
