Because of the many tours these artists have traveled on together, Kalnoky and Potthast decided to created a side act that would reinterpret each other's works with new song structures, instruments, and occasional changes to lyrics. As of November 16th, 2010, Toh Kay & Dan P. have released a split LP entitled You By Me: Vol 1, a set of acoustic songs reinterpreted by the two artists.

this is quite a song, wow. there is something about it that people adhere to. i learned it not here .... but from alice banks in yorkshire. i cut back on the lyrics -- played it on keyboards -- and posted it on my yt channel, which uhhh has 100's of folky stuff. i am an older guy (US) and i had not been familiar w toh or SM til i heard of them via alice. i also did 2 tom waits songs which i learned from her

SteveonLI you told me what you do for a living so i guess ill do the same, i am an aspiring YouTuber and im 14 yrs old as of 7/4/16.i cant say im surprised he didnt have any SM or toh kay, it seems like a large community but it really isnt.
