Close As Pages in a Book

My love and I
So close, we can share a single look
Share every sigh
So close that before I hear your laugh
My laugh breaks through
And when a tear starts to appear
Our dreams won't come tumbling to the ground
We'll hold them fast
Darling as the strongest book is bound
We're bound to last
Your life is my life
And while life beats away in my heart
We'll be close as pages in a book
Never to part
Your life is my life
And while life beats away in my heart
We'll be close as pages in a book
Never to part
We'll be close as pages in a book
Our connection will be as intimate as the pages of a book, always intertwined and inseparable.
My love and I
Both my partner and I will experience this closeness.
So close, we can share a single look
We will understand each other so well that a single glance will convey everything.
Share every sigh
We will empathize deeply with each other, feeling and understanding each other's pain and struggles.
So close that before I hear your laugh
Our connection is so strong that I can anticipate your laughter even before I hear it.
My laugh breaks through
My own laughter becomes intertwined with yours, expressing our shared joy.
And when a tear starts to appear
Even before a tear forms in your eyes, I can sense your sadness.
My eyes grow misty too
I become emotionally affected as well, shedding tears in response to your pain.
Our dreams won't come tumbling to the ground
Our shared aspirations and ambitions will not fail or be shattered.
We'll hold them fast
We will firmly grasp onto our dreams, supporting and nurturing them together.
Darling as the strongest book is bound
Our bond is as unbreakable as the binding of the strongest book.
We're bound to last
Our relationship is destined to endure and withstand the test of time.
Your life is my life
Our lives are intertwined, and your happiness, struggles, and experiences are deeply entwined with mine.
And while life beats away in my heart
As long as I live and breathe, our love will remain alive and strong within me.
Never to part
We will never separate or part ways, remaining together forever.
