I was in my church choir as a teen and adult, we sang this every Palm Sunday. I miss singing it. So glad I found it, I sang along. It brought back good memories and tears to my eyes.

Bless you! It is a really fine piece of music that can touch your heart in ways only God can truly explain.

Played as Weddimg March in my wedding 62 years ago! This is first time to hear it played again! Beautiful!

@Captsewer

Never thought to use this for a wedding, Excellent choice.

That's a lovely idea. We sang this at a cousin's funeral a few years ago. I didn't know before then that it was her favorite hymn. Now I think of her whenever I hear it.

Wow! This brings back fond memories of my childhood. The adult and children's choirs sang this every Palm Sunday. Even as a child, I was moved by this song.

@brucee8332

For me also! Our "Cherub" Choir sang this many Palm Sundays at First Baptist Redlands CA in the '50's.

Bless you always! Such was the tradition I was carrying on at HC. !!!!

Bob V’s organ playing here is excellent! Especially, the big finish after the final verse!
