1) Poland's popular music act of the 1990s. The band was founded in Szczecin, Poland in 1992 by guitarist Piotr Banach and charismatic lead singer Kasia Nosowska.
Although Hey sometimes described themselves as Poland's first grunge band, their melodic, guitar-driven rock and eclectic appearance owed more to New Wave and heavy metal influences; their first three albums contained songs in both Polish and English. During the band's mid-1990s heyday, they sold out stadiums throughout Poland, and attempted to break into the English-language market with a series of concerts overseas and an English version of their 1995 album. When this failed to arouse interest, the band began to write in Polish only, and gradually adopted a harder-edged, more industrial-influenced sound.
2) A Korean female singer who had a hit called "Je t'aime", recorded in both Korean and French. She has released three albums so far, her latest being recorded in 2008. Little is known about the Korean Hey, but she is still active and promoting the latest EP. See 해이.
3) Only German project of heyrec label (see [[http://heyrec.org]]) is represented at Last.fm with its tune of "Hey - Sans Toi".
4) Japanese video game developer, Shohei Yuki (ユキ ショウヘイ). He composed FM Synth music for his games. Capitalization of the name for this artist is 'HEY'.

Hey Lyrics

ptasich piór i kolekcji ciał
panów i pań, matki, ojca, sióstr
nawet mnie
gdybyś chciał...
kamieniczki i uliczki z latarenką nie zabierzesz TAM
i stoliczka, talerzyka z kurzą nóżką nie zabierzesz też
zgrabnych zdań i szuflady tajemnic
trudnych tras, skóry zdartej z ud
nawet mnie
gdybyś chciał...
bibelotów, pukla włosów dziecięcego nie zabierzesz TAM
skoroszytów i pudełka lakowego nie zabierzesz też
The song Vanitas by Hey explores the transient and fleeting nature of human existence by describing a list of possessions and memories that cannot be taken along to the afterlife. The lyrics describe a collection of objects such as seashells, feathers, and stones, as well as personal items like photographs, records, and personal secrets. The author notes that even they themselves cannot be taken along beyond death. The song also mentions specific objects that are left behind, such as a table with a dusty leg, or a child's lock of hair. The image is that of a collector's cabinet, full of objects that once meant something, but are now forgotten.
The theme of the song is reminiscent of the Latin phrase "memento mori," reminding us that death is inevitable and that our lives are brief. The lyrics are a reflection on the human experience and the transience of our possessions, our memories, and ultimately our lives. The song speaks to the importance of cherishing what we have now, as it cannot be taken with us to the afterlife.

Boże rozpłynąć się można: każdy dźwięk- przemyślany.. tekst- boski.., głos wokalistki- genialny. Nie ma co Kasia jest w formie, nigdy żadną płytą nie zawiodła swoich fanów.. ;) a ostania "Miłość! Uwaga! Ratunku! Pomocy!" jest po prostu idealna. :) Kocham Hey, niezmiennie od lat.. ;) :** Najlepszy, polski zespół. .:)

Tekst jest kapitalny, na miarę największych poetów i zresztą chyba do ich twórczości nawiązywał.
