Meet You In Paris
Jonas Brothers Lyrics

She wanted me to escape half-past midnight
She wanted me to be
Everything that I was afraid of
Caught up in poetry
Everything moves so fast
I know she had to leave
I'll meet you in Paris
Somewhere in dreamland we come to life
That smile you're wearing
Keeps me believing, keeps me alive
We'll be the kings and queens
Of our broken scenes
Meet you in Paris
Meet you in Paris (yeah)
I guess a bit of hope
A little rideable wave to crown my mind now
No one has to know, oh
We can be this way forever
I want you to open my eyes to love
And give me the strength to fly
I'm come soon, you got wait up
I'll meet you in Paris
Somewhere in dreamland we come to life
That smile you're wearing, oh
Keeps me believing, keeps me alive
We'll be the kings and queens
Of our broken scenes
Meet you in Paris
Meet you in
Oh, oh, oh
The streets are all ours
Oh, oh, oh
We captured these stars
Oh, oh, oh
We're losing track of time
I'll meet you in Paris
Somewhere in dreamland, come to light
That smile you're wearing
It keeps me believing, keeps me alive
I'll meet you in Paris
Somewhere in dreamland we come to life
That smile you're wearing
Keeps me believing, keeps me alive
We'll be the kings and queens of our broken scenes
Meet you in Paris, oh, oh
Meet you in Paris
Yeah, yeah

You know, I thought this was supposed to be on the album V. Didn't realize it wasn't going too. How interesting. I guess their main attention for it was going to be a stand-alone single. By far still my favorite from that year during the break-up. I'm glad after 7 years we can finally hear it after getting a tease of it off of Jonas.

Yeah definitely the strongest I've heard from the V sessions. Has great melodies and the rock vibe they were best at.
