Bersagli Mobili

Bersagli mobili, bersagli mobili…
The song "Bersagli Mobili" by Pierangelo Bertoli reflects on the state of society and the world in which we live. The lyrics suggest that as time goes by, there is an increasing need to save oneself or to find a way out. The world is no longer a place where one can indulge in superficial pleasures like listening to jukebox or eating popcorn. The lyrics also suggest that the era of rock and roll, drugs, and sex is over, including the Rolling Stones. The singer has had enough of living a life of chance and luck and has taken control of his life by changing his appearance and setting a countdown timer, indicating that he is ready for a new beginning.
The second verse of the song is quite striking as it describes the atmosphere of fear and insecurity that pervades society. The comparison of the hunters to the Viet Cong and their weapons to military-grade equipment suggests that people are living in a highly militarized society. The lyrics emphasize the need to be cautious and safe in this world, as it is easy to become a target. The singer also talks about the culture of technology and how it is consuming people's lives, with eyes glued to computer screens and voices trapped inside faxes.
Overall, "Bersagli Mobili" is a commentary on the world that we live in, highlighting the need to be cautious and aware of our surroundings, as well as the changing nature of society and technology.
