Minha aventura é a Sagatiba (2x)
Saga quer dizer "em busca"
Tiba quer dizer "eterno"
The lyrics of Seu Jorge's song "Eterna Busca" is about his search for true love. He starts by mentioning Sagatiba, a premium Brazilian cachaça brand, and explains the meaning of the word "Saga" which is a quest or search, while "Tiba" means eternal. Hence, Sagatiba represents his eternal search for the purest form of love. He then goes on to describe the various components of love such as beauty, dreams, tenderness, physical touch, companionship, spirituality, and kindness.
He talks about the warmth and beauty of love, the softness of a lover's kiss, and the comfort of a lover's touch. He compares the dedication of an athlete who sweats for his team to the willingness of one lover to hold the hand of another who needs it. He also mentions the remembrance of loved ones through prayers and the act of kindness that one can show in everyday life. All these things together constitute the search for love that has no end, which is what the name Sagatiba represents.
Overall, the song is an ode to the beauty and purity of true love and the endless search for it that one can never give up on.
