Lo conobbi personalmente al locale MORGANA DANCING di SANREMO ,nel lontano 1970 ero più che un ragazzino ,suonava con gli ANONIMA SOUND , all'epoca non c'era la possibilità di parlare con i nostri big ,non esisteva Facebook,l'unico modo era di andare ,al pomeriggio quando i tecnici montavano la strumentazione ,e aspettare che arrivasse l'artista per le prove. Facendo così ,all'epoca ho conosciuto molti personaggi ,con alcuni sono rimasto in contatto seguendoli spesso nei concerti per LItalia , ogni volta loro si ricordavano .
Ivan era uno di loro ,uno dei più. bei concerti lo ricordo nel massimo dell'affiatamento con la sua band ,con Attila alla batteria nella metà degli anni 80 ,lui si ricordo di me ,mi parlò dell'Abruzzo ,delle Marche, di Alghero e della sua musica .......

Immenso Ivan, pur seguendolo e avendo suoi CD, questa canzone non l'avevo mai sentita. Visto un suo concerto a Bari, alle casermette, con Goran Kuzminac e alla fine Lucio Dalla a fine concerto, mentre aspettavamo che spiovesse, sentivamo la sua chitarra che suonava e ci teneva compagnia.
