The song "Jeevani Aadhar Too" by Asha Bhosle is a beautiful expression of love and devotion towards someone who is considered the foundation of life. The lyrics evoke a deep sense of gratitude and reverence towards this person who is instrumental in bringing happiness and meaning to the singer's life.
In the first verse, the singer addresses this person as "Sonaphul" and "Ranvel," symbolizing their precious and irreplaceable nature. The repeated line "Tu sodha aavichar tu" emphasizes the idea of letting go of any doubts or concerns and completely surrendering to this person. The phrase "Aadhar tu, jeevani aadhar tu" reinforces the central theme that this person is the anchor and support system of the singer's existence.
Moving on to the second verse, the singer describes this person as someone who has brought harmony to their life and the lives of others. The line "Shunya majhya antaricha ujalala andhar tu" translates to "You have illuminated the darkness within me" and showcases the transformative power of this person. Again, the repeated phrase "Aadhar tu, jeevani aadhar tu" asserts their role as the lifeline and guiding force.
The third verse introduces the imagery of the moon, symbolizing beauty and romance. The lines "Chandanyacha ha phulora, rom-romi ye shahara" evoke a sense of enchantment and appreciation for the splendor that this person brings into the singer's life. The phrase "Agla shringar tu" indicates that they have surpassed all expectations of adornment and embellishment.
Finally, in the last verse, the singer addresses this person as "Visawa prannatha," suggesting that they are the breath and essence of their existence. The phrase "Soniyachya paoulanni dipavila sansara tu" conveys that they have lit up the world with the touch of their feet, symbolizing their ability to bring joy and happiness to those around them. Once again, the repeated line "Aadhar tu, jeevani aadhar tu" emphasizes their significance as the foundation and support of the singer's life.
In summary, "Jeevani Aadhar Too" portrays the deep love, devotion, and gratitude the singer feels towards someone who is the guiding light and fundamental source of their existence. The lyrics beautifully express the importance and impact this person has had in shaping the singer's life, making it a heartfelt tribute to their immeasurable influence.
