Aurora, you are a god among men. Please, if possible, post more Whistle Down the Wind from the OLC? Preferably Vaults of Heaven, Tire Tracks and Broken Hearts, and the title song? Maybe even Annie Christmas?

Such a great show.

I've always loved this sequence on the cast recording, and always wondered how it was staged. The cinematic lighting beautifully juxtaposes the bleak, ice-cold attitude of the adults against the innocent warmth the children are showing. What a powerful scene. Thank you, as always, for sharing!

Delighted to hear you were interested in seeing this.

They definitely took notes from the Sunset Blvd staging !
I remeber seeing this at the Adelphi on a summer trip to London and just had to see the new Webber show!
@rugby8-Philadelphia
Have loved this song since I heard Boyzone sing it back in the 90s

This score has some great stuff in it. I still give the concept recording a listen now and then. Thank you for posting Spiderwoman!

You are so welcome.

One of my favourite ALW - really not getting the dislike for it here!!! I was in a production a few years ago, so really got into the story and the thematic elements running through it. Coincidentially been revisiting the cast recording and reminded of what a great premise and score it is. I still like to maintain the mystery of The Man. He might have been Jesus....

Do you know who’s the actor?
