El equilibrista
Eros Ramazzotti Lyrics

The lyrics of "El equilibrista" by Eros Ramazzotti tells the story of a tightrope walker who is facing his fears and doubts while performing his act. The song invites the listener to reflect on the transcendental nature of the human condition while exploring the themes of courage, freedom, and uncertainty.
The first verse describes the intensity of the experience of the tightrope walker. The singer is performing on an imaginary thread, taking him away from the world he knows. He decides to embrace his fear and defy gravity, moving his arms freely in the vast blue space.
In the second verse, the singer is detached from his life on earth, and nothing seems to matter. The sense of loneliness and detachment is prevalent, but he sticks to his heart's call and continues his journey. He keeps moving to deeper levels of his thoughts, where he can find freedom and the air of liberty.
The chorus emphasizes that the singer is determined to move on and follow his path, no matter what he may encounter. He has found balance in his heart, and he now embraces the unknown. The last verse sings about the acceptance of the inevitable fall but with the courage that never falter. The "El equilibrista" conveys a message of hope that one can find exciting adventures in life, even when things seem to be crumbling down.
