So Damn good. Mozart has been played for the past 200 years. It will probably be played for the next 200 years as well and that is something i cannot say for pretty much all contemperary Music.

Ototoxic

This is a surprisingly difficult song to get a hold of.

That's because it's universally assumed that everybody knows what it is, so nobody sees any need to include a song title.

Nelson

The greatest piece of music ever made.

DRailroad

Great production of this piece. Fabio Luisi conducting the Vienna orchestra does an outstanding job. This man is the rock 'n roller of Classical conductors, highly animated. Also his appreciation and admiration of his orchestra members is very apparent by the expressions on his face during the performances.

I love classical music. Did you know that this piece was played for baby Einstein? It was really cool because I'm visually impaired and I use voiceover to read the comments, but that also means I have to watch young kid shows and I have to watch baby Einstein because of that. And baby Einstein was how I first heard this piece.

Seven...Pots - outstanding to hear your appreciation of Classical music. We're fortunate to still have one Classical station remaining in So Cal, KUSC, which produces a fantastic play list, especially during rush hour traffic (now almost 7 days a week due to a mass interstate migration every winter).

The Marriage of Figaro was actually a comedy, a pretty sick comedy considering that era, initially banned (the play, or opera) in Austria thanks to Joseph II (an "extremist" or extremely devout Catholic). Good 'ole Joe just found too much objectionable, although history can't agree exactly what Joe meant by objectionable.

NOTE: If you have any questions on the foregoing comments due to your VT app, please reach out. Meanwhile, enjoy your Classical music experiences!

Magnificent overture.

Whenever I hear this piece I immediately think of trading places. Fantastic 80s comedy.
